Kayla Kugler, Founder & CEO

Kayla Kugler is the founder and CEO of Momeaze, an AI life management app built specifically for mothers. A mom of four and a marketer by background, she spent years building brands for other people before turning those skills toward a problem she was living herself: the invisible mental load that falls to whoever becomes the family’s default parent.

She founded Momeaze in Houston in September 2025 with her sister, Megan Vizzari, and took it from idea to public launch in under two years. Kayla has spoken about maternal burnout, the default parent dynamic and building technology that supports mothers rather than instructing them.
